Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Your login information should have been provided to you by your administrator and/or you should have received an email with your username (these can sometimes be filtered to your junk mail). If you were not provided a password, you will use the "Forgot Password" link to reset the password or reach out to your administrator. If you need any other assistance, use the contact form below.
Any training assigned to you was assigned to you by an administrator of your organization and that individual will be referenced in the training notification email. If you believe this was assigned to you in error, or have any other questions about the training, please reach out to your administrator for more information.
If you have encountered an issue where you completed a training, but it did not mark as complete, there are two typical causes: (1) you are using a mobile phone to take the training or (2) you did not achieve the required score to pass the quiz. In most cases, this is 70% or higher. Use of a mobile device to take online training is discouraged and results may be inconsistent. We highly recommend the use of a laptop or desktop computer, with an updated browser and operating system for the best experience. If you failed the quiz, the module will either resume at the first question of the final quiz or you can navigate to this slide via the Table of Contents to retake the quiz until you achieve the required score. If you did pass the quiz and the Table of Contents shows that you completed all slides in the module, please contact support. When writing us, please explain the issue you experienced, the training module name, the organization you are with, and the email associated with your account, along with any screenshots showing a passing score.
If you have opened your training, and it has not resumed where you left off, follow the steps below: First, check the Table of Contents (TOC) when you open the training. Using the TOC, you should be able to scroll down to the slide you where you left off previously. Click on it resume from there. Completed slides will be indicated with checkmarks or the slide title will be grayed out. If you have opened the TOC and it does not show your most recent slide, it is possible that the system was not able to save your progress. This could have been due to loss of internet, mobile device issues, or system tracking issue. If this is the situation, we suggest starting the training from the beginning, or contacting the help desk for assistance. If you do contact the help desk, make sure to provide your email address, organization name, and the module you are having issues with. If you are using a mobile phone, please log in from a desktop or laptop computer before contacting the help desk.
